I bring the best of Syrian and Levantine cooking to your table — family recipes from Aleppo, made with the best ingredients I can find. Whether that's an intimate dinner for eight or a celebration for two hundred.
Inspired by the flavours of Syrian home cooking, I recreate the dishes I grew up eating — familiar, generous, and with a twist.
We are starring in the pilot episode of a new documentary series called The Unknown Chefs.

Meet Chef Mouna
From Aleppo, Syria, one of the oldest cities in the world, I have made London my home. I have always been surrounded by food and loved spending hours in the kitchen, intoxicated by the myriad of spices and aromas, watching and helping my mother create mouthwatering feasts for family and friends to enjoy.
I now recreate the delicious flavours and the beautiful memories that they bring with them in my kitchen as a bridge between my two homes and as a way to share a glimpse into the rich culture and history these dishes come from.
